We have a complete and mature color customization system with full sets of standardized professional color cards and abundant color ranges. All color series are divided into conventional, dark and matte types, including red, volcanic color, orange, gold, yellow, lime green, green, cyan, blue, trendy blue, purple, fuchsia and other popular colors. Exclusive customized color matching is available according to customers’ personalized requirements.
In raw material safety compliance, we implement strict dual-standard control for domestic and international regulations. We deploy a centralized automatic feeding system, which delivers PP plastic particles to injection molding machines through sealed pneumatic pipelines. AGV intelligent robots replace manual labor for material transportation and unpacking work. The entire production line runs in a closed dust-free environment, greatly improving production efficiency and product cleanliness, and ensuring high precision and high consistency of every batch of shipped goods.
